The stunning Ghanaian Actress earlier this week made a dramatic appearance while receiving an honorary award and immediately i saw the pictures, there was an instant flash back which got me thinking - could this be a case of 'B* STOLE MY LOOK? (in Joan's voice, lol ). She showed up in a floor length printed cut out dress that got eye brows raising. See what i mean after the cut.
Top Designer Michael Korrs, showed off his spring 2013 collection during fashion week last year and the trend that got the whole of Hollywood stumbling was the 'cut outs'. A-list celebrities have been spotted afterwards embracing the trend. Here is one of his designs showcased on the runway.
40 year old Gwyneth Paltrow wore the beautiful dress a little later after fashion week in 2012. She did get hers tailored tho! Which i feel is great to show off her amazing legs.
Alicia Keys was also spotted wearing hers while in Cannes, France in January 2013 for the NJR awards.
The Ghanaian beauty wore a different yet closely similar dress last week while being honored by Printex, the publishers of Go Woman for her contribution towards the movie industry and efforts to national Glaucoma awareness. Below is her version.
