Absolutely no typo up there cos obviously its a yay right. Lol! If you follow American idol, you'll know Jlo's ensembles is something to always look out for. The 45 year old singer has been slaying all season long. Her latest look, an Elie Saab (spring 2015) embellished romper was an absolute stunner. With a subtle smokey eye, nude lips and a high fishtail braided ponytail, Jenny did that! The runway look below.

Cont: Just like every other fashion fix, its about doing the opposite of what you are trying to achieve. For instance, if you want to look slimmer, wear vertical stripes; if you want to look wider, wear horizontal stripes; you want to look curvy, wear an illusion dress and so on. Now back to long torsos. What we are looking to do here is to create a balance between your upper and lower half. Since obviously, your upper half is longer, you want to make it appear shorter thereby making your lower half longer. Get it? I'm sure you do. I know there's a lot of back and forth but just read through patiently.

Hello guys! Hope you all are doing good. So let me share a personal experience with you. Sometime last weekend, i went grocery shopping with my niece and decided to stop by Mr P for a little window shopping. While i and my partner in crime were being the typical baddies that we are, fitting everything nice that we could get our hands on, i noticed a particular lady that was complaining about clothes that were her exact size looking ill fitting. With the frustrations and all, i offered to assist. After picking out a few pieces, i noticed something very important about her body when she wanted to fit and took off her clothes. She had a very long TORSO.

So i've been a bad girl criticizing outfits since yesterday and i'm sure a few of you would be like "which wan look good gaan"? Lol! Don't mind me, just saying it as it is jare. Now the exciting part of red carpet fashion........the HITS! Here we appreciate those whose glam squad turned up from every possible angle. From hair to makeup, accessories and yes, Le Dress! Nothing like an overall coordinated look. Here are celebrities who got it right on the AMVCA 2015 red carpet *rubbing hands*
Honestly, this was the biggest shocker of the night. Ini showed up on the red carpet of the AMVCA 2015 in an exact replica of Lupita Nyongo's 2014 Golden Globe Award red cape dress. Gosh, i hate to do this to her cos she's so beautiful but honey, if you are ever going to recreate a look, make sure it is not one that an A-list celebrity totally killed and won best dressed in literally every fashion site/panel in the world. I get the fact that she probably loved the look so much on Lupita and wanted to celebrate it but getting a designer to make a n exact replica 'for a red carpet' just seem a little 'unclassy'. I also do not like he silhouette on her, i think she's too curvy for it - with a body like that, there's so much you can wear, trust me! Hair and accessories didn't help matters neither. Overall, i was disappointed. I blame the designer for lack of creativity, he/she could have easily gotten inspiration from the Ralph Lauren version on Lupita and come up with something even better........and to Ini, you broke a record on this one - not in a good way!

Ok guys, i'v been dying to weigh in on the fashion from the just concluded AMVCA held 2 days back so how about we take them one after the other. Without a doubt, actress Genevieve Nnaji is one person a lot of us itched endlessly to see considering her red carpet history from the event but unfortunately (for me), i found her choice a bit underwhelming.
Ofcos she looked great in the marigold tone and the mermaid silhouette sat well on her svelte physic. I also give it to her for supporting a designer we're not so used to on the red carpet 'Elvira Jude' however, the look was just too safe, predictable and forgettable. There was no wow factor to her look and i didn't like her hair. I expected so much more because she's raised the bar so high for 2 consecutive years now.
Let's checkout her AMVCA red carpet history.
You gotta give it up to this chick, she just knows how to do it. The beautiful media personalty was head-to-toe the fashionista she is at the Genevieve online launch spotting a print top by Nigeria label Lisa Folawiyo SS15 collection, patched boyfriend denim, Louboutin heels and cross body bag. One of the rare sighting of Eku without her classic red lips - love the barely there makeup. Deets on her accessories below.
Now that's how you do prints and patterns! Fashions IT girl 'Stephanie' was all levels of fabness in this ensemble by Tanzania brand 'chichia' while attending the launch of Genevieve Magazine online in collaboration with g;am networks. Obsessed with that hologram shoes! Thoughts on her look!
P.S - i deeply apologize for the epileptic posts. I'm working really hard to get things together.
