Blue Ivy....already a stylish Diva???



Little Miss Cater was spotted with her multi-millionaire parents - JayZ and Beyonce today at a fancy restaurant in Paris, France. She wore a skinny blue denim pant paired with a white printed Tee and colorful high top sneaks designed by Adidas. Her gorgeous locks looked amazing and for some reason she's started to look more like Beyonce than Jay. Do you agree she's already becoming a stylish diva at just 15 months old?
