That is the beautiful Selita Ebanks - model, actress and girlfriend to E! News presenter Terrence Jekins switching up her ultra curly spring hair to a a shorter straight bob cut. Over time, we have seen a lot of our entertainment celebrities get a bit adventurous with their hairdo. Some went from good to bad and vice versa. See our tops 5 picks for the most interesting hair transformations.
Linda Ikeji
Lindistic Linda Ikeji. She's one woman i'll kiss and yell 'I LIKE IT' lol! If there's one thing we know about the successful blogger, it is the fact that 'she loves her weaves' especially long. But Linda has made quite some interesting changes with her hair in recent past like this one on the right when she went all wine and short on us. Yes, the switch was drastic but SUPER!
Dakore Egbuson (Akande)
"I am lady and i have to switch things up a bit, besides i had the lock for 13 years" - these wear the words of the stunning actress during an interview recently on JARA with Uti. Am not too sure which Dakore we love better, with the weave or locks! I think she looks effortless both ways.
Rita Dominic
I personally am a huge fan of Rita without the afro cos i feel she's had it for too long. Though she looks gorgeous in it (one of the very few that can pull off the hairdo stylishly), i think she looks even better when ever she wears her hair soft and long. It accentuates her facial structure more and adds more glamour to her looks. Shes made some of her most memorable red carpet looks in long curly hair.
Goldie Harvey
The beautiful Goldie (God rest her soul) is probably going to be the only Nigerian entertainer to get away with the blonde hair. Ever dedicated to her signature look, my jaw literarily dropped to the ground when i saw this picture of the fierce songstress in a black weave - tho she didn't look bad an inch, i however prefer the 'Goldie' with the 'gold' hair.
Desmond Elliot
Am sure a lot of you would agree with me that one of the main reasons why we love Nollywoods lover boy is because of his ever clean haircut. However, most recently he's decided to be a little more adventurous with his styling by switching to locks. Right/wrong choice? hmmmmmm............
There you have it friends. Which of their looks do you prefer and why? Traditional or adventurous? Also, have you undergone any drastic hair transformation lately? Let see!
