Kelly Rowland's glitter emsemble - Hit or Miss?


I'm sure you guys know its NY Fashion week right! The very beautiful Miss Rowland spotted a fashion forward ensemble by Houghton at the brands 2014 fashion show. The glittery outfit features a blazer, silk shirt and overly wide bottom pants. Hit or Miss? I really don't know about the outfit but her hair and makeup is simply flawless! Plus, i love the chain.  I'm sure those pants are so comfy though. Lol! What do you think? Hit or Miss?
