That is rapper '2Chainz' throwing it up as he made quite a dramatic appearance at the BET Awards 2013. I know that is a Givenchy T-shirt but the bottom, ermmmmm.....is that a skirt or the sameT-shirt but worn as a skirt? Anyways, love his studded high-top kicks. Thoughts on his fashion!
