Chidinma's Outfit at the SoundCity Lumia Beat Party....Yay or Nay?




The petite songstress 'Chidinma Ekile' wore this mini blue one shouldered dress to the  Soundcity's Lumia Beat Party a few days ago. She paired it with red pumps and lips. What do you think about her look? Yay or Nay?
